Dragons of Etchinstone is a solo-only, palm-playable, Mage Knight-inspired pocket adventure from Joe Klipfel, co-designer of Gloomhaven: Buttons and Bugs.
You play as an apprentice mage, venturing forth from the Tower to investigate the reappearance of dragons in Vale. The elder mages have issued an edict to cleanse the land of these legendary creatures, but you'll need to survive the monster-infested Vale first!
Dragons of Etchinstone distills epic, brain-melting strategy into a minimalist experience balanced on a knife's edge. Channel your hand of four cards into Spells, Elements, and Boosts as your apprentice mage Attacks and Moves through the many obstacles between them and the mighty dragons. Crafting clever combos and optimizing your Action Set will help you navigate the narrow path to victory.
