The innovative 360° spine allows the books to lay completely flat, making them ideal for use with 3D scenery and miniatures. The books also fold fully in half, allowing each 12x12" map page to be used individually, great for smaller encounters or where a "fog of war" effect is needed, allowing the GM to reveal more of the encounter scene simply by opening the book out.
